4. Pricing & Payments

Pricing for Packedge products and services is provided through quotations, proposals, or invoices. You agree to:

• Pay all fees as per agreed payment terms

• Pay applicable taxes, duties, or surcharges

• Clear any outstanding balances before order fulfillment

Packedge reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice for ongoing or future orders.

5. Cancellation Policy

To initiate cancellation of any ongoing service or order:

1. You must email your cancellation request to packedgeindia@gmail.com.

2. Packedge will respond with instructions and clarify the status of the cancellation request.

3. Once cancellation is confirmed:

   • Any recurring services or subscriptions will stop renewing automatically

   • If cancellation occurs mid-cycle, a final invoice may be generated based on completed work or incurred costs

   • Material or labour already utilized will be chargeable

Cancellations are handled strictly in accordance with the terms communicated during order or service confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Packedge Industries is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Losses caused by third-party integrations or vendors

• Delays or service interruptions outside our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, materials, and communication provided by Packedge remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred through a written agreement. You agree not to copy, distribute, or reproduce our intellectual property without permission.

8. Termination

Packedge reserves the right to terminate service access at any time if:

• Payment obligations are not met

Upon termination, any outstanding dues must be cleared immediately.
